DON'T keep it secret! Tell your parent, a friend, a teacher, or an adult you trust.
Stay close to other kids or adults who will stick up for you.
Stay in areas where you feel safe. Walk away.
Tell the kid who is hurting you “Bullying is NOT cool!”
Practice looking brave, even if you don’t feel brave.
Don’t blame yourself! This is not your fault!

Do you really know the recipient? Would you let your parents see what you are sending?
If not, then DON'T SEND IT! Cyberbullying is any electronic interaction intended to embarrass, humiliate, torment, threaten or harass. Most often, it's sustained and repeated over a period of time.

IF YOU ARE A VICTIM...
DON'T respond to a hurtful text, post, or emails.
If someone asks you for an intimate photo, you can use an app to respond for you.
SAVE texts or emails, and if it's a post on a social networking site, get a screen shot.
BLOCK the sender.
Keep your passwords PRIVATE! You can give them to an adult you trust if you need to.
